The Healthy Living 101 Center consists of a group of professionals who are well trained and certified in their areas of expertise. These are individual businesses that have joined together under one roof for the convenience of their clients they serve.
Nutritional Consultations, Stress Management, Biofeedback, Weight Loss, Life Coaching, Organizational Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Hand Reflexology, Handcrafted Jewelry & Gifts, Aromatherapy Products. Professional seminars and workshops are offered to businesses and groups.
Our Gift Shop is open from 12noon-5pm and our service times vary by appointment. We are very flexible with our scheduling to meet your needs.

Directions to office: From White Sands Blvd...Turn east onto 10th (go towards the mountains). You will come to a 4 way stop and pass New york Ave. Continue on 10th, the next street is Delaware. Take a right onto Delaware and go to the next stop sign. Building is on the corner. Red brick with lage Balanced Health 101 sign on building. Lots of available parking in front of and around the building. Wheelchair accessible.

All Healthy Living 101 consultations are by appointment only. Your private consultations can be scheduled between 7:30am - 7:30pm Monday thru Friday and some weekends. Our Center opens it's office doors for the gift shops from 12:00 noon - 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. We are very flexible with our scheduling.
